Terms of sale and website use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

Little Life Skills Academy is the trading name of LITTLELIFESKILLSACADEMY LTD, company number 17496281. Email: aydenandaysha@gmail.com. These terms cover purchases from our website. We are not registered for VAT and do not add VAT to our prices.

2. Our books

We sell printed books from Ayden and Aysha Discover the World. Each product listing describes the title, format, contents and availability. Illustrations and preview pages help you choose; screen colours can differ from printed colours. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description and meet your legal rights.

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed in English. Choose your books, review your basket, correct any errors and enter your contact, delivery and payment details. The final checkout shows the amount payable before you place the order. By placing an order you agree to pay that amount. An automated receipt acknowledges your order; we accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we will explain and refund any payment for the unavailable item. An obvious pricing error will be referred to you for agreement or cancellation, rather than charging you a different amount without permission. You can save or print these terms.

4. Prices, bundles and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before payment. A bundle includes only the books stated in its listing. A choice bundle requires you to supply the requested title selections before it can be fulfilled. Discounts apply only as described and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter an accepted order. Payment is taken at checkout through the available payment methods. An ordinary book or bundle purchase does not create a recurring subscription.

5. Availability and advance orders

An item marked Preorder is not ready for immediate dispatch. Its product listing must state the expected dispatch or delivery period and whether payment is taken immediately. Payment for website preorders is taken at checkout. Please check the individual listing before purchasing. A release plan is an estimate, not a promise of immediate availability. If timing materially changes we will contact you with the revised estimate and your cancellation and refund options. You may cancel before dispatch. No book club or recurring payment arrangement is included unless you separately choose an available subscription with its own clearly stated price, delivery schedule and cancellation terms.

6. UK delivery

This shop initially serves UK delivery addresses. Available services, charges and delivery estimates are shown before purchase. We may fulfil orders ourselves or arrange printing and delivery through Amazon. Your contract remains with us when you buy here, and we handle your order queries. Carrier times begin after dispatch; printing time is additional where applicable. Unless we agree another period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made. If delivery is delayed, contact us. Your legal rights to set an appropriate further deadline or cancel where applicable remain unchanged. Books remain our responsibility until delivered into your possession or to your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law. Ownership passes once we have received full payment and the books have been delivered.

7. Returns and problems

Our Returns and refunds policy explains cancellation, return postage, refunds and faulty goods. It forms part of these terms. Normal printed books do not lose their cancellation rights merely because they are printed after ordering. Purchases made directly on Amazon are separate purchases through that platform and should be managed through the relevant Amazon order.

8. Using the website and books

You may browse, make lawful purchases and use the books for their intended reading and learning purposes. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Buying a book does not grant permission to reproduce, sell scans of or commercially distribute its contents, except where law permits. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit unlawful material. An adult should assess and supervise any practical activity in light of the child's age and the activity instructions.

9. Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us using the details above so we can investigate a complaint. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or prevent you bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction where you live. The law of England and Wales applies, subject to those protections. Updates apply to future orders; the terms applying when your order was placed remain available from us by email.
